Just like the buyers I work with, I fell in love this northern NM mountain village at first site. Fresh air, late afternoon rain showers in July, no mosquitoes, sunny winter days. Angel Fire is where our kids and grandkids love to gather, ski/board, bike, golf, hike, relax. We’ve experienced a new appreciation and respect for nature, wildlife and a slower pace. Visiting in the shade of the umbrella on the deck, s’mores around the fire. . . Angel Fire is where friendships run deep, memories are created and lives enriched.

I moved from Houston TX to Angel Fire in 1981, however, I am a Kansas native. In 1984 I earned my NM real estate license and in 30 years guided five real estate companies from start-up to successful businesses. Developing office procedures and systems, team building, working with associate brokers and clients has challenged, refined and sharpened my sales and executive skills. It is what I truly love. A client thrilled with their purchase or selling experience is my top priority. Creating strong friendships with people locally, around the country and from all walks of life keeps me in this business. I love digging into market data, walking properties, staging homes and condos, staying informed of new technologies and continual learning. I earned the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist certification (RSPS) to better assist clients with 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, investment, retirement and recreational properties. When NAR developed the GREEN designation I was eager to learn ways to “green” our business and apply ideas and methods to homes. What I offer is genuine personal and professional service. A straight shooter and hard worker, I’m a full time Realtor and serious about my business. I love research, facts, digging up hard to find details so clients can make smart decisions. My go-for-it approach in life not only influences my personal pursuits, it’s a driving force as a successful businesswoman. I was first licensed in 1997. While studying Fine Art and Kansas University I spent the summers learning the real estate business. I was trained by my mother who instilled in me rock-solid, Midwest work ethics. My previous career in residential construction provides me with a unique insight when assessing homes and home-sites with clients.

My earliest memories start with life in Angel Fire. Whether on foot, bike, skis or 3-wheeler Angel Fire provided a life full of adventure. This lured me back as an adult. I love the laid back mountain lifestyle and continue to seek adventure in these mountains skiing, mountain biking, riding dirt bikes, camping and hiking.

Introducing Buyers to this majestic valley makes my work immensely fun and guiding them to success during one of life’s biggest decisions – buying a vacation home or investment property – is exciting and rewarding.
